The service guarantees to the owner that the device will be diagnosed and serviced exclusively by an Apple Authorized repairman that is registered with the manufacturer as a repairman and is regularly trained in the latest service procedures.
The device that the owner is sending must be deactivated or the unlock code and the "Find my phone". Find my phone can log out directly on the device or on iCloud.com
Devices that detect moisture traces or unauthorized modifications are not serviced unless the user wants a non-guaranteed repair. The service does not respond to any damage to the unit during transport and the time of transport is not counted in the service schedule.
